Our Savior’s Lutheran Church is seeking a full-time Director of Music and Worship to lead and enrich our worship experience through music. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to collaborate with pastoral staff, direct choirs, and engage the congregation in meaningful musical expression. Benefits include two weeks PTO, two Sundays off after a 6-month trial period, sick time, and health, dental, and vision insurance options. The Associate Pastor will support the ministry and mission of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church: People Connecting People with Jesus and Each Other. The position requires a deep and active faith, love for people and an understanding of Lutheran theology. The person holding this position must have a passion for working with youth and families. Creativity, enthusiasm and flexibility are needed. Must have the ability to inspire and work collaboratively with staff and volunteers.
